Marriages:   One of the couple needs to live in the parish. A banns application form is collected from the Rector, filled in and returned. The banns are called on three consecutive Sundays during the three months before the wedding. (If one of the couple lives in another parish a banns application form is collected from that parish and filled in. Later that parish will issue a banns certificate to be brought to the Rector in Meriden.)

The Baptisms of Babies are usually held on the fifth Sunday of a month. There are four a year. A form for the names of the child, parents and godparents is collected from the Rector and returned for entry into the register. We will try to help you understand the deeply right and sacred nature of these things.

Funerals:   In the most difficult times of sickness, dying and death please let the Rector know you would like him to visit you.

The Harvest Service is on Sunday 30th September at 1030 am.

The Remembrance Day Service is at 10 am. (Note 10 am not 1030 am) on Sunday November 11th , and then down at the War Memorial by the village pond.
